UMI coming to India With X1 & X2 Smartphones

UMI mobiles a chineese smartphone manufacturer is entering indian market with two brand new products X1 & X2. Both are dual sim droids sporting a screen size of 4.5 & 5 inch respectively. The X1 is powered by a Mediatek 6577 Dual core processor which consists of two Cortex A9 Cores. This processor is not as powerful as the other dual cores manufactured by Qualcomm or Samsung But performs decently. It consists of 1 GB Ram and 4 GB rom with 720p HD Display. Whereas the UMI X2 is Powered by Quadcore Mediatek 6589 processor which has 4 Cortex A7 Cores. Again this processor is not as powerful as the Samsung Exynos or Qualcomm Snapdragon. As these processors are made for low cost Handsets they perform decently but nothing to write home about. UMI X2 boasts of impressive specs on paper but it has to be seen how it performs against the hot selling Micromax Canvas Hd. The UMI X2 has 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB ROM. It has a 5 inch 1080p Full Hd dispay with corning gorilla glass 2,13 MP rear Camera & 3 MP front Camera. The camera is capable of shooting Hd videos. The device has an average build quality. The company is already selling X1 through its website at Rs 9,999 and X2 at 14,000. X2 will be Available sometime in middle of march. So many Chineese companies are entering Indian market with their Awesome products. For those who think Chinese products are bad let me tell you even iphones and ipads are manufactured in china. Each and every electronic item has atleast one part manufactured in China. Now the Only Question is there After sales Service as they will take time to open their Service centre's in India. The Indian Smartphone market is really on fire with these new entrants. Lets hope for the best for the consumers.
